Meet Our Staff
Dr. Lum is the owner and CEO of Quality Health Care Inc. He has been the leader of this team since 1993.
He has a staff of compassionate and qualified Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants who are devoted to good patient care and the health and well-being of their patients.
Laurence Lum, D.O.
Dr. Lum completed his Bachelors of Science from the University of Medicine in Kansas City, MO. He received his Doctorate at the University of Health Sciences College of Medicine. He completed his residency at St. Luke’s Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
He is Board Certified in Geriatrics and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and American Medical Association. Dr. Lum is the Medical Director for Centerwell Home Health in Farmington, MO, and he is the Medical Director of several local nursing homes and Alternative Hospice in Desloge, MO.
Debbie Anderson, APRN FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner Debbie Anderson obtained her Bachelor’s of Science and Nursing at Central Methodist University. She received her Master’s of Science in Nursing at Southeast Missouri State University.
Bringing over 20 years of registered professional nursing experience in medical-surgical nursing, home health, and mental health, Debbie is a wonderful addition to the team. Her specialties include wound ostomy and continence nursing. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Alicia Whitwell, RN BC-FNP
Nurse Practitioner Alicia Whitwell completed her Bachelors of Science at Deaconess College of Nursing in St. Louis and received her Master's of Science in Nursing through the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
Alicia brings over 20 years of experience to the team and is known as a patient advocate. She believes in empowering patients by delivering health education and care that enhances their quality of life.
Tabitha Pinkley, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner Tabitha Pinkley obtained her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Southeast Hospital College of Nursing, Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Central Methodist University, and Master's in Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner from Saint Louis University.
Tabitha has over three years of experience in family practice, managing chronic illness, and providing preventative screenings to a diverse patient population.
